Music Video Group Blog

 My group partner is Adriana Lee-Fook. We have known each other since 5th grade. We have worked together on countless projects before. So this project shouldn't be any issue. Probably some projects that took a lot more hard work and effort then this one will. Adriana has experience in film because she has been in theater from a very young age. And I have a lot of experience in editing/ video effects. So we should be able to create a decent music video with no issue. Also Adriana is a very good student that gets on top of her work in every class. So I know I will be able to count on her to do her part of the project. I sometimes can have trouble in keeping up with work. But I know Adriana won't allow me to slack off and jeopardize the project. I had a YouTube channel before and over the course of producing videos I developed a good amount of knowledge for editing. Those videos I made for YouTube were longer videos that allowed for less fast pace editing compared to an average music video. But I have other experience with editing fast cut videos meant for Instagram, which is going to come in handy for this music video project. Adriana with her experience in theatre can use the knowledge that she has to help in scene making, sound, music, etc. Still we will probably end up helping each other in producing and editing. We have already been thinking of some ideas for the project, so we are off to a good start. I am very excited to do this project because I have never made a music video. Also I have never had a project that allows for this much creativity and freedom.
